At CDT, we understand the importance of a work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible vacation policy. Our team members are granted holiday leave (10 days) as well as vacation time (17.5 days) that can be used as necessary. Team members may use their time off (vacation or holiday leave) however they see fit, provided they have client approval to do so.
Team members are given 10 holidays that can be used as they see fit. We leave it up to team members as to when they use these holidays; they can be used in conjunction with religious holidays or other important events. Thus, our team members are provided with 17.5 days of vacation leaves in addition to 10 days of holiday leave. We do ask that our team members have client approval when they use their leave, otherwise they may use their leave (vacation or holiday) whenever they like.
We realize that a sound retirement is not optional in today’s world. CDT provides a generous matching policy in conjunction with our 401k. Our team members retirement funds are deposited into their 401K account and invested immediately.
CDT wants to see our team members gain a greater understanding of the field and realize their full potential. In order to enhance our team members personal knowledge, education, and certifications, CDT offers two forms of educational reimbursement:
- Traditional educational institution reimbursement (college, advanced degrees, etc.)
- Certification reimbursement
- Training & testing
- Continuing education to maintain certifications
